How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For personalized items, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Can I return a personalized gift?
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing error. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
